Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods (e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, online payment portals).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Delivery and Collection
Same-day local delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm.
Delivery times are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the item in a safe location with photo evidence.
4. Substitutions
While we do our best to fulfil orders as pictured and described, seasonal availability may require substitutions.
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and in keeping with the style and colour scheme of the original order.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Orders cancelled after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
